DDK Function: 300H Initialize Driver

AX = 300H
BX = Driver number

Output:

None

This function is called by MSS immediately upon loading and installing the driver. Its purpose is to initialize any internal data variables needed by the driver and to provide a means of "resetting" the driver without reloading it.
